In summer, Granada comes alive at night. As the heat eases, the centre fills with life: squares get busy, façades light up and you want the evening to stretch as long as it can. This is our favourite plan for a summer night, step by step.
Start with an evening stroll
The illuminated Cathedral, the maze of the Alcaicería and the narrow streets of the centre have a different magic at night. A short, unhurried walk is the best way to work up a thirst… for a cocktail.
First stop: the terrace
With the last light of day, take a seat on our bougainvillea terrace right on Plaza de Bib-Rambla. An ice-cold Aperol Spritz or a jug of sangría to share is the perfect way to start the night.
The night calls for a cocktail
When darkness falls, raise the bar: a Pornstar Martini if you want something delicious and elegant, a Moscow Mule for freshness with body, or the Tropical Zombie — strong, spiced and served with fire — if the night looks promising.
And with luck, live music
On some summer nights we host live sets and sessions that fill the square with atmosphere. Follow us on Instagram (@caroca_bibrambla) to know when the next one plays.
