Cookie policy

A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. At Caroca we use the bare minimum and only enable third-party cookies with your consent.
1. Technical cookies and storage (necessary)
We store in your browser, via local storage, your language preference and your cookie decision, in order to remember your choices. These require no consent and are not shared with third parties.
2. Third-party cookies (require consent)
We use Google Analytics to measure, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it. We also embed a Google Maps map on the Contact page which, when loaded, may set Google cookies. We only enable these cookies if you accept them; until then, measurement runs without cookies (Consent Mode). The site fonts are hosted on our own server, so no third-party requests are made to display them.
- Google Analytics — audience measurement (Google Ireland Ltd.).
- Google Maps — location map (Google Ireland Ltd.).
3. Managing your consent
On your first visit you will see a banner to accept or reject non-necessary cookies. You can change your decision at any time by clearing this site's browsing data or reopening the cookie notice from the footer link.
4. How to disable them in your browser
You can configure or block cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Note that disabling some features, such as the map, may affect your experience.
