Fresh produce

Citrus juiced to order, fresh herbs, house-made syrups. You notice the difference from the first sip.

Technique

Knowing when to shake and when to stir, the right ice, the balance of sour, sweet and bitter. Details that turn a drink into a memorable cocktail.

Creativity with roots

We like to take a classic and give it our own twist, sometimes with a nod to Granada: pomegranate, orange blossom, rosemary. That's how our house creations are born.
