The bougainvillea terrace, the best refuge from the heat
Our terrace, draped in bougainvillea and warm light, is one of the most photographed in the centre. In the shade of the flowers and right on the square, it’s the perfect place for summer afternoon drinks: cool, lively and with great cocktails within reach.
Aperol Spritz, the drink of summer
Aperol, prosecco and soda with orange. Bubbly, light and with just the right bitterness to whet the appetite. If you’re only having one in the sun, make it this.
Piña Colada, the tropics in Bib-Rambla
White rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream: creamy, sweet and refreshing. A tropical classic that tastes even better in summer, served in our pineapple cup.
Mojito and Pasión Mojito, minty freshness
The classic mojito — white rum, lime, mint and soda — or its more exotic version, the Pasión Mojito, with Passoã liqueur and passion fruit. Fresh mint muddled to order for the coolness the heat calls for.
Spanish sangría, to share
When you come as a group, nothing beats a jug of ice-cold sangría in the middle of the table. Fruit, wine and good company: the perfect summary of a summer on the square.
